Each of our local producers is obliged to implement extremely strict procedures that cover every aspect of their farming practices – from breeding and feeding practices, to our renowned high standards of animal welfare. What’s more, we also operate our very own Ballincollig-based meat processing facility that’s located just a short distance from our quality assured farms. Our specialist quality practices and innovative business model means we oversee each and every stage of the food production and processing cycle, thereby offering complete and absolute traceability.
